Greeting Florida General Baptist Convention,
It is with the Master’s Joy that I greet you all, praying that all is well with you and yours. The time has come for our Annual Session which will be convening in the city of Miami April 6-10.

We will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Miami Airport and Conference Center. The room rates are $159.00 plus 13% tax unless you use your tax exempt certificate.

However, your exempt certificate and form of payment has to have the same name on them. Individual reservations can be made by using the link to Book Online or by calling the hotel directly at 305-261-3800.

Parking is as follows: Self-parking for event parking only is $5.00 per car, self-parking for overnight guests is $7.00 per car with in/out access and valet is $12.00 per car.

Please make your reservations in a timely manner as the deadline is March 6, 2020.
